I started making jerky over 20 years ago and have always enjoyed creating new and interesting flavors. We pride ourselves on being different. Our Easy Chew™ jerky is very flavorful — not your typical “rip-your-teeth-out” jerky. Everything is made fresh, by hand, using only the finest cuts of meat. We’ve also reduced the sodium, so you can really taste the flavor. Unlike our competitors, we don’t add inedible preservatives to make our products last indefinitely. This means our jerky is best enjoyed within a few weeks. We believe tasty jerky that lasts a few weeks is better than the “leather” that lasts as long as plastic. Once you taste our jerky, we know you’ll agree.

We also like to support other small business owners in the same boat as us. We stock many products in our store to help our friends grow. Alongside our jerky, we sell Special Shit seasonings, BBQ sauce, and salsa.
